DCE was appointed to conduct a traffic impact study for Capital Gate Mixed Use Development, Riyadh, KSA. This project consists of 2 plots (Plot 1 and Plot 2) adjacent to each other with land uses of offices, retail, hospitality and residentially in both plots. The project is proposed to provide a ‘Skyline of Harmony’, as a new addition to Riyadh’s iconic skyline with features for nature and events. The plot is located to the south of the strategic route of Al Urubah Road, with Kingdom Centre Tower and King Salman Park to the east and the Diplomatic Quarter to the west.
