DCE was appointed to conduct a traffic impact study for Ethylene Storage Plant Project, Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar. This project consists of the construction of Ethylene storage plant within Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC). The overall Ras Laffan Petrochemicals Project Ethylene Storage Plant includes an ethylene unit, two (2) high density polyethylene (HDPE) units, ethylene storage, and associated outside battery limits utilities systems, infrastructure and offsites (OSBL and Offsites). During operation phase, there will be vehicle movement to and from the project location, as required. These expected movements are considered as part of this traffic impact assessment.
