DCE was appointed by GHD to conduct a Traffic Impact Study for the new frontage area, as part of the City Centre Mall Expansion. the frontage area consisted of new food and beverage outlets as well as a changing the layout of the circulation to and from parking areas. The study included a development plan review and queuing analysis.
