DCE were hired by KEO to undertake the concept design (Stage 1) Road Safety Audit for the Mall of Qatar Phase 2A.
The proposed development, Grand Zone, is Phase 2 of the Mall of Qatar. The proposed site is located to the east of the existing Mall of Qatar development. Phase 2 will be constructed in two phases. Phase 2A consists of a residential area and a school.
The three main roads in proximity to the Grand Zone are Dukhan Highway, Orbital Expressway and Celebration Road.
