DCE were tasked by KEO to undertake a concept design (Stage 1) RSA for connecting Lusal City with the Expressway Road Network.
The concept design study covers the complete/partial sections of Tarfa Road, Al-Ebb Road, Al Kheesa Road, Arab League Street, Wadi Al Bannat Street and section of Lusail Expressway. These links to Lusail city which is part of the overall planning of the north of Doha, moreover the whole new road network will efficiently connect Lusail City with Shamal Road, Umm Salal Area, Al Khisah Area and Al Duhail Area.
The objective of the project is to prepare a concept design layout for all options and to identify the required land acquisition to achieve the satisfactory traffic performance in accordance with the transport study guidelines and requirements of Land Transport Planning Department (LTPD) in MOTC.
