DCE was appointed to conduct a traffic impact study for Aspire School. The proposed development is a school located in Al Waab, Doha, Qatar . The land use categories ‘Class 315: Private School’ and ‘Class 321: Institute of Higher Education’ (from the Dubai Trip Generation and Parking Rates Manual 2013), were utilized as the most appropriate categories for the development. The primary purpose of the TIS is to identify the impacts of the proposed development on the surrounding transportation network, and to determine appropriate measures to mitigate these impacts, if required.
