DCE was appointed to conduct a traffic impact study for The Langham in Diriyah, KSA. The proposed development is a hotel located in Diriyah Gate Phase 2. The primary purpose of the TIS was to assess the adequacy of the internal circulation, parking layout, drop-off areas and tie-ins with the external network. Additionally, the potential impact of the proposed development on the surrounding transportation network was assessed, and to determine if there was any impact on the performance of the external junctions and develop appropriate measures to mitigate these impacts, if required.
