DCE was appointed to carry out the (Construction Stage - Stage 4) for NEOM Trojena: Existing Arrival Road. The scheme is located in the northern area of NEOM, approximately 130km west of Tabuk.
The scheme consists of an ‘off-road’ section of 2-way single carriageway. This road is being used by construction traffic only. The posted speed limit is 30kph. The roads ties into Highway 55.
The scheme is approximately 14km long in total. The scheme has been open and operational since April 2024.
