The Qiddiya Interim Roads connects to Highway 505 to the south of the scheme and to other Qiddiya related roads to the east and north of the scheme.

The roads are 2-lane/3-lane dual carriageway roads with 3.65m lane widths.
The land use is largely residential with 3 commercial plots, 3 mosques, 4 open spaces and 14 government plots.
