DCE were tasked by Dar Al Handasah to undertake Preliminary Design (Stage 2) and Detailed Design (Stage 3) RSAs for Gewan Island. The scheme is a mixed use development located directly north of The Pearl. The project will accommodate circa 3000 residents which will be housed in circa 611 units. These will include 558 apartments, 26 waterfront villas, 21 beach front villas and 6 island villas in addition to 21,000 square meters of retail space and number of residential buildings.
