DCE were appointed to complete the Preliminary Design (Stage 1) Audit for in Haii 6 in Jazan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The proposed development is a mixed used development in the southwestern area of KSA. The project site is located approximately 80km north of Jazan City and to the east of the Red Sea. The area is currently undeveloped.
The land use in Haii 6 Phase 1 has residential, schools, commercial and recreation.
There are 3 signalised intersections on Road 6 (Package 1). There are several right-in/right-out and priority junctions, 1 roundabout and 3 signalised intersections have been proposed as part of Haii 6 Phase 1 (Package 2).
The Audit Team have been informed by the consultant that the posted speed limit is 50kph (Design speed is 60kph) for all roads in the scheme.
